What is the "salon" in Crystal Coast Wedding Salon?
The literal definition of a salon is a large room used for receiving and entertaining guests. That's what the Crystal Coast Wedding Salon is all about. We want you to be our guests for an entire weekend of luxury wedding planning on the Crystal Coast.
This isn't your average bridal show. It's a wedding experience! Unlike the usual bridal show where you encounter row after row of vendors in booths who don't have the time to learn about you and your needs, we create an intimate setting at the beautiful oceanfront Coral Bay Club where you receive the attention to detail and creativity to make your Crystal Coast wedding spectacular.
You're also invited to our spectacular After Party at the North Carolina Aquarium, our Friday night Welcome reception, and a spot on our chauffeured tours of the best Crystal Coast event venues. All designed to give you a true taste of what your Crystal Coast wedding can be!
What is included in the admission price?
We offer two ticket levels:
All Access tickets are $20 per person ($16 per person in advance), and $30 per couple ($24 per couple in advance). All Access ticket prices include:
• Admission to the Friday Night Preview Reception sponsored by the Coral Bay Club.
• Admission to the Crystal Coast Wedding Salon on Saturday at the Coral Bay Club.
• Your choice of one chauffeured Crystal Coast wedding venue tours (limit: 2 people) on Saturday prior to the Salon.
• Admission to the Salon After Party at the North Carolina Aquarium on Saturday night including a fully catered buffet dinner from Floyds 1921, entertainment and dancing emceed by DJ Professionals and Video, and complimentary transportation from our headquarters hotel.
• Valuable door prizes worth hundreds of dollars in wedding services and products awarded at the After Party.
• Your luxury Swag Bag, filled with special offers and gifts from participating vendors.

Can I purchase tickets to the Wedding Showcase only?
Yes, you can! Showcase only tickets are $10 per person at the door ($8 per person in advance). They include admission to the Saturday Wedding Showcase at the Coral Bay Club.

How do I purchase tickets to Salon events?
You can purchase or reserve tickets in one of four ways:
1) Purchase advance discounted tickets online (save 20% off the regular price)
2) Reserve your tickets for will call
4) Purchase at the door during the registration hours below.
You can check in, pick up your ticket and purchase additional tickets at our registration desk at the Coral Bay Club during these hours:
Friday, January 6, 2012, 4 PM until 10 PM
Saturday, January 7, 2012, 8 AM until 5 PM

Are there accommodations available for the weekend?

How do I sign up for event venue tours?
We offer your choice of one of two event venue tours as part of your All Access ticket purchase. Tours take place on Saturday, January 7 from 9 AM until 1 PM. You may only register for one tour. Seating on tours is available on a first-come, first reserved basis and is limited. Tickets and reservations must be made in advance. There is a limit of two people per tour in your party. All tours depart and arrive at the Coral Bay Club.
Once available seating on the tour is sold out, we will have a waiting list in place and attempt to accommodate you in the order in which your ticket purchase was made. If you are placed on the waiting list, we will notify you via email upon receipt of your reservation or ticket purchase. We have success in getting most wait listed guests on the tours, so meet us at The Coral Bay Club on Saturday, January 7 at 8:45 AM. If we cannot accommodate you on the limos, you are welcome follow in your own vehicle and take part in all tours.

Can I have time to meet with Salon vendors one-on-one?
Of course! We want you to have quality time with our vendors to talk shop. That's why we have set up our Appointment Room at the Coral Bay Club on Saturday from 9 AM until 5 PM so you can have that time with the Salon vendors of your choice. You can email or call the vendors you would like to meet with in advance of the Salon, or arrange a time with them when you arrive.
